As part of a collaboration between SEBA and CTLT, a project on AI tool application within the Business Communication course was launched in February 2025. Led by Dr. N. Korosteleva and Katerina Kombarova, this initiative primarily targets BA students and has been conducted over the past three semesters (Spring 2023, Fall 2023, and Spring 2024).

The integration of innovative AI tools into the Business Communication course has significantly enhanced the learning experience, making it more engaging and relevant in today鈥檚 highly competitive business environment. The project has yielded impressive results, with students demonstrating high satisfaction and engagement levels.

As part of the project, surveys and reflection papers were collected in previous semesters to assess its impact. With only one exception, students provided overwhelmingly positive feedback, highlighting the project鈥檚 significant role in their educational journey. Many expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, noting that they gained valuable technical skills and deeper insights into AI. They also found the project鈥檚 assignments particularly engaging and beneficial.

We anticipate similarly positive results this semester, further reinforcing the value of AI integration in business education.
